- 1 / 5By Daniel CambaExtremely poor management and customer service. I went in with friends for a special that allowed a cheap sandwich. I asked for 4 sandwiches and the employees remark was "Those all for you?" I understand the joke but then he proceeded to harass me. After I had asked to knock it off and I didn't appreciate it he became even more rude and the manager stepped in and the manager was extremely rude to me as well. Employees are rude and customer service is an all time disappointment for this facility and the BBQ isn't the quality it should be for the price. All I have to say is thank goodness Sonny Boys opened up just across the street.June 18, 2016
